The apartment is really nice, featuring a microwave, air conditioning, and a sofa bed. the staff here are super efficient and genuinely care about the guests. 😊.

Very helpful staff, good location and facilities

Location: the hotel was close to the garden, the restaurant and the Black Forest. It was good to be 1 km away from Sparky's Grill, serving short-orders...

I really enjoyed having a work desk, a TV, and a cozy sitting area in my room. the private bathroom's bathtub was definitely a great addition. the staff was friendly and efficient, which made my stay even better. Plus, this place is right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient! 👍.

Very nice Hotel,this last one is situated near the big "hills" of the black forest on an opened and sunny space.the way to go to town is about 20mn and there is nice walkings to do near the hotel with beautiful sea views(panaoramas).The village is very quiet.The hotel offers good cooking menus with translation in english and french.Only a little drawback, it's almost impossible when you come back in your bedroom not to do any noise .Very good for quality and price.This so delightful german breakfast is ok in this hotel.The staff is very friendly!

We had an amazing experience in the Black Forest! the location of our hotel was perfect: right in the heart of the forest and close to everything. Our room was very spacious, recently renovated and it had a beautiful view of the surroundings. the bathroom was also very nice and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful during our whole stay. the breakfast offered a good selection to start our days off right. We loved staying here and would definitely come back!

The dinner pricing was a bit on the expensive side.

We spent our Christmas vacation in this cozy location and we were positively surprised by the cleanliness and the overall new aspect of our apartment. the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs, making sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. the location was also perfect, with easy access to a pharmacy and a restaurant within walking distance. the mountain views and the clean air were definitely an added bonus.

We did have a few negatives though, as the air conditioning was not the best in our room, it was only available in the living room and it stopped working in the middle of the night, which made for some uncomfortable sleeping. the free wifi was also spotty in our room, with very poor signal that made it challenging to connect to the internet.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The decoration was out of this world and brought just the right amount of holiday spirit. The restaurant had a great selection of traditional dishes, and the waitstaff was attentive and friendly. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The room was comfortable and clean; the bedding was cozy and warm. Another great advantage was the free shuttle that took us to nearby areas.

One of the few things that could be improved was the slow Wi-Fi connection in some areas of the hotel; it was not a big deal for us as we were not planning on spending too much time online during our Christmas vacation.
